Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to General Admission ($99) and Exhibitor ($399) tickets purchased for the Prosperity International Business Convention, taking place 26-27 March, 2027, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
• No-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please email us at info@prosperityconvention.com at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee's full name, email, and other registration details.

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Prosperity International Business Convention is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or a ticket valid for the rescheduled date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or transfer, please email info@prosperityconvention.com with your full name and proof of payment. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
